    The Field Marketing function is responsible for collaborating with the various Centers of Expertise (Product Marketing, Sales, Communications and Product) to assist in growth plan. Specific areas of focus are to plan, organize and execute marketing campaigns and product launches. They are liaison between the Marketing and Marcomms COEs and the local branches to lead localization for all marketing campaigns and programs. Their efforts will drive local awareness of our products and services specifically increasing the leads or prospects for the sales force and help drive the sales funnel from interest, desire and action.

    Responsibilities:

    Understanding the Local Market:

    • Provide insights on local market factors like size, competitors, and regulations to the Marketing COE and Finance operations team.

    • Work with various CoEs to identify and implement product changes and product enhancements to address customer needs.

    Leading Local Marketing/Marcomms Campaigns:

    • Collaborate on target list creation with the Marketing COE

    • Partner with the Marketing and Marcomms COEs to plan and forecast campaigns with Sales leaders

    • Ensure lead management processes are followed (No Lead Left Behind)

    • Report campaign results in dashboard and suggest improvements

    • Support new product launches

    • Become the person to-go-to for product knowledge and promotion

    Managing Local Marketing/Marcomms Materials & Events:

    • Incorporate local market needs into marketing/marcomms assets w/alignment of product marketing materials (include digital campaigns, brochures, fact sheets, customer presentations and promotional items)

    • Update local product content on Otis.com with communications and marketing CoE oversight, including SEO strategies

    • Partner with sales leader and communication CoE to manage local customer events for product launches / promotion

    • Support translations where needed with delivery operations team

    Enabling Local Sales & Customer Programs:

    • Manage the Voice of Customer (VOC) process according to policy.

    • Collaborate on pipeline acceleration programs with sales, marcomms and marketing teams.

    • Excite, influence and educate sales partners on key programs and initiatives.

    • Support in review sales campaign and contract templates by product.

    • Support in preparing customer facing documents for standard products with CRM/eLog.

    Education and Experience

    • 3+ years of relevant experience within the industry.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Project Management: Background in overseeing projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s goals.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including executives, employees, and external partners.

    • Design-oriented: Ability to provide graphic design feedback to marketing team and experience with design software platforms —Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

    • Analytical Skills: Capacity to assess current systems and identify areas for improvement through data-driven decision-making.

    • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate strategic vision and initiatives to diverse audiences.

    • Agility and Adaptability: Capability to pivot strategies based on changing business environments or emerging technologies.

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute segment-level strategies aligned with organizational goals.
