    Role
Sword Health is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a portfolio of partner relationships. This is an individual-contributor role with direct accountability for how partnerships actually run day to day: configuration, billing, integrations, implementations, escalations, and account business reviews. The right candidate brings the operational rigor to run complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships end to end, and the judgment to know when to resolve something directly and when to escalate it.
    AI Proficiency at Sword Health

AI fluency is a core expectation at Sword Health. Every candidate is assessed against our three-level framework — be ready to share real examples of how AI is already part of how you work.

    • Explorer (Level 1) — Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity

    • Builder (Level 2) — Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team

    • Integrator (Level 3) — Embeds AI into products and processes at scale

    • Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.

    What you'll be doing
  1. Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting.
  2. Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating internally to keep commitments on track.
  3. Run partner-level escalations to resolution, looping in Partner Sales, Product, Client and Data Operations, or Customer Success as needed.
  4. Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio.
  5. Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders.
  6. Partner closely with Partner Sales, Client and Data Operations, Product, and Customer Success to keep partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early.
  7. What you need to have
  8. Experience owning complex operational workflows for external partners or clients: billing, integrations, data or file feeds, or similar systems-level work.
  9. Comfort operating across ambiguity with multiple internal and external stakeholders, without needing a defined playbook for every situation.
  10. Strong analytical and critical thinking foundation: you reason from facts, synthesize clearly, and communicate with brevity.
  11. High initiative and sound judgment: you identify what matters and act without waiting to be directed.
  12. A track record of building trust directly with external partners or customers, not just internal stakeholders.
  13. Direct, ongoing accountability for an external-facing relationship (client, partner, or vendor) as a standing responsibility, not a one-time project -- this is what separates someone ready for live, recurring partner ops from a general internal-ops background.
  14. What we'd love to see
  15. Experience in health plans, digital health, or the partner/benefits ecosystem.
  16. Familiarity with partner or channel operations models (implementation, contracting handoff, ongoing account management).
  17. Experience with billing, data integration, or technical operations in a client- or partner-facing role.
  18. Company:  Sword Health
