    What you'll do

    • You will report to the IT Corporate Manager
    • Collaborate with business owners and product manager to determine the business needs and create functional requirements for project team (Epics, features, user stories, mockups with appropriate details).
    • Gather all relevant information before drawing conclusions, making decisions or suggesting possible technology solutions.
    • Lead cross functional teams by liaising between business partners, product managers and technology teams in creation of features, stories and acceptance criteria, supporting the timely implementation of initiates.
    • Lead and facilitate requirements sessions with various stakeholders and continuously deliver results through collaboration.
    • Analyze impacted products and processes for gaps (AS-IS and TO-BE) and identify innovative solutions that balance timelines, scope and complexity.
    • Coordinate with technical resources to develop workable solutions that meet customer expectations.
    • Drive pre-release planning process
    • Develop, maintain and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of various CSG products, services and solutions and assist in execution/support during UAT.
    • Build trust and respect, establish relationships and develop rapport with the technical and non-technical teams.
    • Drive value throughout the SDLC process by effective application of best practices resulting in high quality and on time delivery.

    • Bachelors’ Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
    • 1 - 2 years of work experience in an analysis role.
    • Entrepreneurial mentality of rolling up the sleeves and doing whatever is necessary to meet goals.
    • Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to quickly understand abstract concepts and break it down into clear features and user stories applicable for effective implementation.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy to read artifacts (UI mockups, user stories, functional requirements).
    • Experience with MS office products (i.e., Word, Visio, Excel, Power Point)
    • Experience working in Agile development projects
    • Ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technology teams.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to adapt and handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously.
    • Possess broad skills in business, technology and user experience and the ability to easily transition between them.
    • Knowledge of project management and software delivery methodologies is desired.
    • Mentoring other Business Analysts and conducting peer reviews of key deliverables to ensure documentation completion and quality is preferred.
    • Experience with Power Platform especially PowerApps is a plus.
    • Experience with BMC Helix is a plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus.
    • Experience utilizing AI (Glean, Cursor AI) is a plus.
