    In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process by adapting ABB’s products with customer applications to meet their requirements/specifications. Each day, you will select optimized products and technology for adaptation, prepare relevant documentation, and serve as a key technical resource for the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking.


    This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in the United States

    You will be mainly accountable for:


    • Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
    • Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
    • Maintain and organize customer data, update contact details, and log interactions inside the Salesforce CRM.
    • Maintains proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and provides them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.


    Job Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in electrical industry strongly preferred
    • Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related field
    • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
    • Strong oral, written communication skills and presentation skills.
    • Professional fluency in English required. Conversational or proficiency in Spanish a strong plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong technical application, take-off, and proposal development skills desired.
    • Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools preferred.
    • Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to travel 5-10% as needed.
    • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

    ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Vacation is provided based on years of service for hourly and non-exempt positions. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.


    While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $83,300 and $133,280 annually.
