    Key Responsibilities:

    Design Execution & Craft
  1. Own end-to-end design for key product flows, from discovery through delivery, with minimal oversight
  2. Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
  3. Create high-quality deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, specs) ready for implementation
  4. Apply strong visual and interaction design skills to deliver polished, scalable solutions
  5. Ensure alignment with design systems, accessibility standards, and established frameworks
  6. Maintain a high bar for craft, proactively improving quality and consistency across your work
  7. Product Thinking & Strategy
  8. Cross Functional partnership to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize work
  9. Contribute to UX strategy and roadmap alignment within your product area
  10. Use data and research to inform decisions and validate solutions
  11. Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  12. Identify risks and opportunities, proactively mitigating or escalating as needed
  13. Bring forward informed recommendations to influence product direction
  14. Collaboration & Communication
  15. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive experiences
  16. Clearly communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  17. Facilitate alignment through workflows, prototypes, and user stories
  18. Partner with Engineering early to understand constraints and ensure quality implementation
  19. Work with Product and Project Management to plan and deliver successful outcomes
  20. Contribute to critiques, reviews, and product demos
  21. Team Contribution & Influence
  22. Contribute to team culture and help evolve practices, workflows, and standards
  23. Advocate for user-centered design across your team and partners
  24. Present work, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  25. Mentor and support junior designers
  26. What we are looking for
    Required Skills & Experience:
  27. 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related field

  30. Experience working within and contributing to established design systems
  31. Experience designing enterprise or transactional systems (e.g., complex workflows, internal tools)
  32. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and shipped outcomes
  33. Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver solutions
