    Superside is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to create high-impact digital experiences across web, product, email, and scalable design systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered, enterprise-grade solutions for leading global brands.
    This role requires a designer who actively integrates AI into their workflow, not as an experiment, but as a core part of how they research, design, and deliver. At Superside, AI is infrastructure. We expect you to actively integrate AI into research, exploration, production, and QA workflows and help push our collective capability forward.
    What you'll do:

  1. Design user-centric, visually engaging interfaces across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design

  2. Translate complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly designs

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver creative solutions

  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts effectively

  5. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

  6. Ensure designs meet web accessibility, responsiveness, and user experience best practices

  7. Contribute to building and maintaining scalable design systems

  8. Present and articulate design ideas to internal teams and customers with clarity and confidence

  9. Perform UX/UI audits to evaluate accessibility, responsiveness, and user journeys, providing actionable recommendations
  10. 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple service areas
  11. Proficiency in Figma, including active use of AI-powered plugins and emerging automation features within the platform
  12. Demonstrated integration of AI tools into design workflows, covering research, ideation, layout generation, content structuring, and QA.
  13. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for development-friendly designs
  14. Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems at scale
  15. Strong skills in creating conversion-optimized landing pages and funnel-specific emails
  16. Ability to design product experiences across dashboards, web apps, and mobile apps, with a focus on atomic design principles
  17. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and customers
  18. Experience conducting UX/UI audits with a focus on accessibility, performance, and user journeys
  19. Working knowledge of platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify
