    Opportunity:

    • CACI is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who is interested working on innovative software development programs that support our nation’s defense. Join us for this exciting and challenging opportunity as a member of an Agile Scrum Team focused on delivering new capabilities as part of a large program team that builds and supports Department of Defense financial management systems. You will be using modern software technologies and enhance your expertise as a business systems analyst.

    • This role requires experience in software systems development functional support, experience supporting the federal budget formulation process, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to changing requirements will be important to your success.


    Responsibilities:

    • Participate on an Agile team in the planning, design and development of web-based financial management applications.

    • Develop subject matter expertise for assigned systems and related business processes.

    • Work with the client and other business systems analysts to define and document system requirements and future capabilities.

    • Translate business requirements into detailed user, functional, and systems requirements that will be developed by the development team.

    • Test new software and software changes to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations.

    • Troubleshoot the system to determine the source of systems errors.

    • Find and log systems defects, including steps required to repeat, and track defects to closure.

    • Support the client during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect correction.

    • Assist in the preparation of contract deliverable documentation.


    Qualifications:
    Required:

    • Must be US citizen

    • Minimum current DoD Secret clearance

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

    • 10+ years SDLC experience

    • 10+ years experience supporting the DOD PPBE processes and IT systems

    • Experience with Agile Scrum software development

    • Experience with quality assurance techniques

    • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving data issues
