    The role of MRP Analytics and Data Integrity Analyst necessitates a sophisticated mix of skills, knowledge to ensure compliant, accurate and efficient control of data impacting the supply chain and planning.  The individual must have expertise in materials planning, SAP materials management system capabilities, data transformation and visualization. 

    This position requires an ability to communicate effectively across functions and challenge the status quo.  Additionally, this role is responsible for driving data integrity and ensuring most predictable firm and non-firm demand profile while collaborating across all Raytheon portfolios to ensure compliant and consistent applications. A solid understanding of SAP MRP/ERP modules, planning factor impacts and impacts to the entire supply chain with the skillset to transform large datasets into actionable visualizations. In addition to the following, this position demands excellent communication skills, as collaboration with colleagues from other functions is essential.

    What You Will Do:

    • Utilize data sources to develop analytical tools to ensure MRP planning factors are maintained and accurate to strengthen predictable customer schedules.
    • Transform and visualize data to drive improved decision-making across long range planning demand profile.
    • Collaborate cross functionally to provide solutions improving MRP predictability.
    • Identify, drive and lead continuous improvement projects (e.g. CORE, Six Sigma).
    • Maintain an integrated and systematic material governance data model that helps improve quality and consistency across the enterprise.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
    • Experience in Supply Chain/Materials planning, Business process or Systems
    • Experience creating Snowflake SQL procedures, creating Tableau dashboard visualizations & designing automated Alteryx workflows
    • Experience with supply chain systems & ERP/MRP methodologies
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or other reporting tools

    Qualifications We Prefer

    • APICS certification
    • Experience with SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, Python, JSON & SharePoint
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others to include communication, presentation, analysis, negotiation, etc.  Extremely strong analysis and problem skills required.
    • Excellent facilitation/communication skills with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization
    • Data Science related degree

    The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
