SUMMARY: The Strategic HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling talent strategies that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leadership on org design, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development, which is realistic to achieve HR as a true business partner, not just an HR service provider.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Seven (7) years in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic capacity
Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge business leaders effectively
Experience using HR data to inform decision-making
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
High emotional intelligence (EQ) with demonstrated ability to navigate complex people dynamics with empathy and clarity
Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
Confident decision-maker with sound judgment and a bias for action and consistency
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complexity, coach leaders, and drive alignment
Growth mindset and proactive learner who is open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Proficient MS365, WD
Ability to travel up to 10%
Ability to clear the required background check
Although fully remote position, incumbent must reside in Texas and have the ability to attend in-person meetings
