The Manager will lead and deliver field based clinical training, spending significant time alongside sales representatives in real customer interactions. This individual brings deep Cardiac PET clinical and industry expertise and a thorough understanding of the clinical, operational, and implementation challenges faced by hospitals and cardiology practices adopting Cardiac PET.
In addition to field engagement, the role provides strategic input into training design, field readiness, and clinical enablement initiatives.

The Manager will lead and deliver field‑based clinical training, spending significant time alongside sales representatives in real customer interactions. This individual brings deep Cardiac PET clinical and industry expertise and a thorough understanding of the clinical, operational, and implementation challenges faced by hospitals and cardiology practices adopting Cardiac PET.
In addition to field engagement, the role provides strategic input into training design, field readiness, and clinical enablement initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Field‑Based Clinical Training & Coaching
- Deliver hands‑on, in‑field Cardiac PET training with members of the commercial organization during live customer engagements
- Coach commercial team members to confidently articulate clinical concepts, appropriate use, and patient impact in real‑world settings
- Reinforce clinical excellence through observation, feedback, and situational coaching in the field
Clinical Enablement & Fluency Development
- Ensure strong understanding across the field of:
- Cardiac PET clinical fundamentals, indications, and protocols
- Physician, technologist, and administrator perspectives
- Workflow integration in hospitals and cardiology practices
- Operational, staffing, and reimbursement considerations
- Translate complex clinical concepts into practical, field‑relevant messaging
Cardiac PET Implementation Expertise
- Support customers and field teams in navigating key challenges related to:
- Cardiac PET program initiation and expansion
- Workflow design and optimization
- Change management and adoption barriers
- Provide guidance on best practices to improve clinical confidence, image quality, and program success
Training Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with the Director of Clinical Training & Effectiveness to:
- Inform training strategy and capability development priorities
- Identify recurring clinical fluency gaps limiting field effectiveness
- Shape curriculum, field tools, and learning journeys based on real‑world insights
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Cardiac PET clinical training content
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Applications teams to align on consistent, credible clinical messaging
- Serve as a conduit between the field and internal stakeholders by sharing customer insights and implementation learnings
Required Qualifications
- CNMT, ARRT (N) Required
- Advanced clinical experience in Cardiac PET, nuclear cardiology, PET imaging, or related cardiac imaging specialty
- Strong understanding of the Cardiac PET industry, including clinical needs, customer challenges, and adoption drivers
- Demonstrated success training, coaching, and influencing commercial or clinical teams
- Experience working directly with hospitals and/or cardiology practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with clinical and non‑clinical audiences
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively for field‑based training
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a clinical training, applications, field clinical, or educator role
- Experience supporting new technology adoption or clinical program implementation
- Familiarity with Cardiac PET competitive landscape, reimbursement dynamics, and operational decision‑making
