    Job Overview
    The Client Onboarding Project Manager plays a critical role in setting new customers up for long-term success with ABC Legal Services. This individual serves as the primary bridge between the sales team and the account management team, ensuring that every new account whether sourced through the sales team or earned through government contracts receives a structured, thoughtful, and high-quality onboarding experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Account Intake & Research
    Review new accounts from sales and government pipelines, conduct initial research, and gather all required documentation to begin onboarding.

    Policy & Workflow Setup
    Configure policies and workflows within the ABC Legal platform based on client needs. Document customized processes and ensure accurate setup before go-live while coordinating with internal teams.

    Defining Customer Success
    Partner with clients during pre-onboarding (including RFPs) to define success metrics, document goals, and identify risks with mitigation plans.

    Client Communication
    Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding. Lead discovery meetings, manage expectations, and provide consistent status updates from contract through activation.

    Account Handoff
    Ensure a smooth transition to account management by delivering a detailed account briefing and facilitating a formal client introduction.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years in project management, client onboarding, customer success, or related field
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proven ability to build client relationships and manage expectations
    • Experience with CRM and project management tools

    Preferred

    • Background in legal services, government contracts, or process-driven environments
    • Familiarity with legal operations, court filing, or process serving
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and account management

    Schedule: Full Time, M-F, 8am-5pm PST
    Starting Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 a year
