    The Impact of a Sr. FP&A Applications Analyst at Coupa:
    Coupa Software is looking for a Sr. FP&A Applications Analyst to join our Anaplan Center of Excellence on the Financial Planning & Analysis team. The Sr. FP&A Applications Analyst will work collaboratively and drive value across a broad spectrum of the Company. In this newly created role, you will partner closely with the FP&A, HR, and Data & Architecture teams to maintain the integrated financial plan and ARR models within Anaplan, while also designing and building new model functionality. The role requires strong Anaplan modeling, data, systems, financial reporting, planning & modeling skills - as well as a focus on details and solid business judgment. Impeccable character, integrity, and work ethic are critical for success. The position will be supported by the Senior Manager, FP&A Data and Systems and will be a remote role.
    What You’ll Do:
  1. Work cross-functionally with the Analytics, Data & Architecture, Corporate (and broader) FP&A, and HR teams to design enterprise-grade Anaplan models and applications
  2. Design & create new models to streamline FP&A planning & forecasting processes.
  3. Assist with maintaining existing models including top-line forecast, workforce planning, and P&L planning & reporting models.
  4. Maintain documentation of all relevant architecture and operational functionality for any models created or updated.
  5. Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Senior Manager, FP&A Data and Systems, VP FP&A, Corporate, and the rest of the FP&A team.
    6. What You Will Bring to Coupa:
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related fields.
  7. 3+ years of demonstrated technical Anaplan work experience building models in a fast-paced SaaS Finance environment.
  8. Anaplan Certified Model Builder or Solution Architect certifications preferred.
  9. Knowledge of ADO, Polaris and Anaplan Workflow a plus.
  10. Detailed knowledge of Enterprise SaaS financial reporting and planning for metrics including ARR (and related KPIs), Billings, Subscription Revenues and Retention Rate.
  11. Strong analytical background with the ability to creatively and methodically solve problems with a data-driven approach.
  12. Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
  13. Ability to deal with conflict, manage expectations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort in process mapping and documentation creation.
  15. Experience with enterprise software tools such as Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, Dayforce, and Coupa.
