As an National Sales Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area.
Responsible for managing sales targets for assigned customers/area(s)/product line(s) within the sales function, including contract sales, field sales, inside sales, sales support, sales reporting, business intelligence, sales analytics, variable incentive compensation, customer relationship management, territory planning/mapping/ forecasting, sales prospecting, sales rep issue resolution, sales inquiries, sample order among others.
Identifies and defines market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of Experience as a Sales Manager in Medical Devices and/or Healthcare environments.
Intermediate English level

Strategic Leadership and Vision: Ability to translate global strategy into a clear national commercial vision, align diverse teams around common objectives, and make decisions that balance short-term results with long-term, sustainable growth.
Advanced Stakeholder Management: Strong capability to influence and build trust with multiple stakeholders—regional leadership, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital directors, and internal cross-functional teams—often without direct authority.
Emotional Intelligence and People Development: High self-awareness and empathy to lead high-performing sales organizations, coach managers, manage conflict, and develop talent pipelines in complex, high-pressure environments.
Change Management and Resilience: Skill to lead teams through constant change (portfolio evolution, regulatory shifts, pricing pressures, organizational transformations) while maintaining engagement, focus, and execution discipline.
Executive Communication: Ability to communicate complex business, clinical, and financial concepts clearly and persuasively to executives, customers, and field teams, adapting the message to different audiences.
Work location: Hybrid (Bogotá)
Travel: May include up to 40% domestic/international
