Working closely with NBA Product Managers and configuration teams, the Product Owner will ensure requirements are clearly defined, internally consistent, and sufficiently detailed to support successful implementation within the NBA platform.

    • Translate approved business requirements into standardized, implementation-ready documentation that supports efficient configuration and deployment.

    • Manage documentation associated with action metadata, eligibility criteria, channel availability, treatments, content references, business rules, and related configuration requirements.
    • Review requirements for completeness, consistency, and implementation readiness and identify gaps, conflicts, or ambiguities requiring resolution.
    • Partner with Product Managers to obtain missing information, clarify intent, and resolve outstanding requirement questions.
    • Maintain accurate documentation as actions, treatments, business rules, channels, and content requirements evolve over time.
    • Support backlog management activities for configuration work, aligning priorities with direction provided by NBA Product Management.
    • Track implementation progress and help ensure open requirement questions are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Provide clarification and guidance to implementation teams regarding documented requirements and expected behavior.
    • Support change management activities by updating requirements and documentation as approved modifications are introduced.
    • Maintain visibility into actions and treatments moving through definition, configuration, testing, and implementation.
    • Identify recurring documentation challenges and recommend improvements to templates, standards, and requirement-management practices.
    • Support ongoing evolution of the NBA Action Catalog and related implementation standards.
    • Contribute to the development of scalable documentation and configuration practices that enable broader adoption of NBA capabilities across the enterprise.
