    We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Talent Development to lead Amplify's comprehensive people learning & development team and strategy. This role will drive the integration of leadership development, employee growth, performance management, and innovative learning technologies to build a world-class workforce capable of thriving in an AI-enabled business environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead the Talent Development team in creating talent and learning programs that align with business objectives while driving innovation, quality, and measurable individual and organizational results

    • Performance Management: Own and evolve the organization's comprehensive performance management strategy, including review cycles, talent mobility, and calibration processes that drive accountability and fair outcomes

    • Leadership Development: Develop and execute enterprise-wide manager and leader development programs with tiered curricula that creates clear progression pathways

    • AI Training & Productivity: Craft and implement an AI expectations and enablement strategy that drives organizational AI literacy and adoption, partnering with our technology teams to roll out emerging technologies responsibly that lead to enhanced team performance and business ROI

    • Training Systems & Infrastructure: Own and scale our Learning Management System, using innovative learning methodologies and data-driven measurement frameworks to assess program effectiveness

    Required Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent development, organizational development, or related field, plus 5+ years of increasing managerial experience of cross-functional teams and complex initiatives

    • Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide performance management and leadership development programs

    • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to connect talent initiatives to business outcomes

    • Experience with learning management systems, instructional design principles, and adult learning theory

    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

    • Experience leading AI/technology adoption initiatives

    What we offer:

    Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $195,000 - $225,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
