    Responsibilities

    - Execute brand marketing initiatives in Japan to support brand awareness, campaign objectives, and local market presence.

    - Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with business priorities and local market needs.

    - Manage Binance Japan’s social media operations across key platforms, including content scheduling, publishing, community monitoring, and performance tracking.

    - Create, adapt, and localize social media content that is aligned with brand guidelines and relevant to local audiences.

    - Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities, and provide practical recommendations to improve content performance and engagement.

    - Plan and execute online and offline events, including community events, brand activations, industry conferences, and partner-related initiatives.

    - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns and events.

    - Handle day-to-day event operations, including timeline management, logistics coordination, vendor communication, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.

    - Work closely with regional and global teams, as well as local business, PR, compliance, and product teams, to support the execution of marketing initiatives in Japan.

    - Track and report campaigns, social media, and event performance, and help identify areas for optimization and improvement.

    - Ensure marketing materials and activities are executed in accordance with brand standards, local requirements, and internal processes.

    - Contribute ideas and execution support for initiatives that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and community growth in the local market.

    - Operate effectively across a wide range of marketing activities, from large-scale brand campaigns and high-impact initiatives to detailed day-to-day execution and coordination.

    Requirements

    - 10+ years of marketing experience, with solid hands-on experience in brand marketing and campaign execution.

    - 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of brand communication, campaign planning, and local market execution.

    - 5+ years of experience managing social media operations, including content planning, publishing, community monitoring, and performance analysis.

    - 3+ years of experience planning and executing online and offline events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site support.

    - Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

    - Comfortable working across both large-scale marketing initiatives and detailed day-to-day execution, with a hands-on and flexible approach.

    - Strong understanding of the Japan market, local consumer behavior, and culturally relevant communication.

    - Native level written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and locally relevant marketing content.

    - Business-level English skills to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.

    - Strong coordination and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines and priorities effectively.

    - Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams such as business, PR, compliance, product, and regional marketing teams.

    - Data-aware mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret results, and support optimization of campaigns and content.
