    CampusWorks is seeking an experienced Colleague Programmer/Technical Consultant to work with our higher education clients on enhancing, migrating, and integrating their Colleague instance to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy. Bring your strong communication skills, passion for higher education, and Ellucian Colleague programming/system administration expertise to assist on various projects.     CampusWorks consultants engage with our clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies. We work collaboratively with clients’ functional and technical teams and our CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions that delight our clients.
    Depending on the client needs, key responsibilities may include:
  1. Develop Colleague integrations following best practices and using tools like Ethos APIs, Ethos Integration, Ellucian Experience Cards, Data Connect, Colleague SDK for .NET, SFTP, Elf Imports, etc.
  2. Complete programming/analysis and/or testing using Colleague Studio
  3. Participate in Colleague/Ellucian module project implementation and/or Unidata to SQL migration for Colleague
  4. Patching, Cloning, and Installation of base Colleague Applications
  5. Provide technical support for the Colleague software suite
  6. Provide Colleague system administration and monitoring
  7. Manage system backups/updates/releases
  8. Provide end user training
    9. Depending on the client needs, key qualifications may include:
  9. 7+ years of experience working with Colleague at higher education institutions
  10. Report Writing (including SQL Reporting Services, CROA, ODS, Informer, and/or other reporting tools)
  11. Experience with all Colleague Modules
  12. Experience with installation and setup of Colleague Self-Service, WebAPI, and Ethos
  13. Experience installing SSL Certificates
  14. Experience installing application and database patches
  15. Experience using Colleague Studio
  16. SQL Server, Unidata, and Oracle (as needed) relational databases
  17. Data migrations (ETL) experience
  18. Experience with Colleague Self-Service / Ellucian Experience
  19. SQL Proficiency
  20. API Integrations experience
  21. Colleague SaaS migration experience
  22. Unidata to SQL migration experience
