    Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-11178 Order Processing Virtual Assistant/Business Support VA/Junior

    Level (Remote).

    Overview

    20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

    Client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Processing Virtual Assistant to support daily order entry operations. The VA will be responsible for reviewing purchase orders received via email and accurately entering order information into the company’s order management system.

    The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during scheduled coverage windows. Experience with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, or order management software is preferred.

    Scope of Services

    Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

    • Purchase Order Processing
      Monitor designated email inboxes for incoming purchase orders.
      Review purchase order details for completeness and accuracy.
      Enter purchase orders into the company’s order management platform.
      Verify customer information, product details, quantities, and pricing as required.
      Ensure all orders are processed promptly and accurately.
    • Data Entry & Record Maintenance
      Maintain accurate records of processed orders.
      Update order statuses and related information within company systems.
      Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or order issues.
      Follow established procedures for handling order exceptions.
    • Administrative Support
      Assist with general order-related administrative tasks as assigned.
      Communicate with internal team members regarding order processing concerns.
      Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
      Support process improvement initiatives when requested.


    Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


    Skills

    The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

    • Previous experience in data entry, order processing, administrative support, or customer operations preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to process high volumes of information efficiently.
    • Excellent written English communication skills.
    • Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
    • Reliable internet connection and ability to work scheduled coverage windows.
    • Experience with e-commerce, ERP, or order management platforms is a plus.

    Client Goals

    Work Schedule

    • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday and Sunday
    • Daily Working Time: 7:00–8:00 AM, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, 2:00–3:00 PM, and 6:00–9:00 PM EST Monday-Friday
    • (Sunday shift: 6:00–8:00 PM EST)

    Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

    Terms of Engagement

    • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
    • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
    • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

    • Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday and Sunday
    • REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined
