    What you will do
  1. Be the technical authority and trusted advisor on the Sysdig Platform, reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Success.
  2. Build relationships across customer teams, from engineers to executives
  3. Align platform capabilities with customer goals to attain outcomes and value
  4. Guide deployment, architecture, and operational best practices
  5. Lead workshops to accelerate adoption and maximize platform impact
  6. Advocate for customer needs and influence product direction
  7. Partner with Sales on retention and growth
  8. Collaborate with Support and Services to ensure smooth implementations and fast issue resolution
  9. What you will bring with you
  10. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in enterprise environments (on-prem and cloud)
  11. Proficiency in container image creation and optimization
  12. Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, and automation tools
  13. Scripting and API integration skills
  14. Troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
  15. Experience leading projects and working directly with customers
  16. Bonus: Knowledge of time series metrics, Prometheus, and monitoring frameworks like Golden Signals or the USE method
  17. What we look for
  18. 5+ years in technical, customer-facing SaaS, cloud, or security roles (e.g., TAM, CSE, DevOps, and Architect)
  19. Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and major cloud platforms
  20. Familiarity with Prometheus, PromQL, and container/cloud security practices
  21. One or more Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
  22. Collaborative technologists
  23. Bonus: Experience with Sysdig or Falco
  24. Ability to work onsite at customer's office in Dallas, at least 1-2 days a week
