Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ERP systems, with a special focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM).
Solution Design: Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations.
Process Optimization: Support the design and optimization of transportation planning, freight management, carrier selection, and logistics execution processes within SAP TM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional leads (SD, MM, EWM, GTS) to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and solution reviews to ensure all voices are heard and integrated.
Process Improvement: Analyze current logistics and transportation processes and recommend improvements aligned with ERP best practices.
Implementation Support: Assist in system implementation activities including configuration validation, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Documentation & Traceability: Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle and maintain documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Data & Reporting: Assist in data validation, migration support, and reporting related to transportation and logistics operations.
User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, create training materials, and offer change management assistance during system deployments.
Project Management: Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to program leadership.
Qualifications:
Required:
US Citizenship.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP implementations.
Hands-on experience with SAP, including exposure to SAP Transportation Management (TM) or related logistics modules.
Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain processes (planning, execution, freight settlement, etc.).
Experience gathering and documenting requirements in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired:
Direct experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) configuration or implementation.
Experience integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, GTS).
Experience supporting federal or DoD logistics or transportation programs.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments.
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certification, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile certifications).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
