Grant Street Group is a growing software and electronic payments company. Our Finance team helps leaders understand business performance, plan with confidence, and make smart, timely decisions. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in that work.

In this role, you will own meaningful parts of the company’s planning and reporting processes, partner closely with business leaders, and help tell the financial story behind the business. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys moving between detailed analysis and big-picture thinking and wants visibility into leadership-level decisions.

    What you'll do

  2. Play a key role in the annual budget process, including collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing historical trends, and developing revenue and expense projections

  3. Prepare financial analysis, reports, and summaries for leadership team and board discussions

  4. Lead functional P&L analysis, including cost of goods sold and gross margin

  5. Review Financial Analyst work product for quality, consistency, and clarity

  6. Partner with the Manager of FP&A on profitability, pricing, and other ad hoc strategic analyses

  7. Help improve FP&A systems, reporting, and recurring processes as the team scales, including utilization of AI

  8. What makes you a good fit

    You should have:

  9. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

  10. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance

  11. Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and executive reporting

  12. Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building and maintaining dynamic financial models

  13. Experience with financial planning systems such as Workday Adaptive Insights or similar tools

  14. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate analysis into actionable insight for non-finance stakeholders

  15. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines while keeping sight of the bigger picture

  16. A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and a track record of improving processes over time

  17. What you'll love about this role
  18. Ownership of important, business-facing finance work

  19. A blend of modeling, analysis, business partnership, and executive communication

  20. Visibility into total company performance and leadership-level decision-making

  21. The opportunity to help build a scalable FP&A function

  22. A path to broaden your influence across planning, reporting, and strategic finance as the team evolves

  23. Provides cloud-based payment, taxation, and auction software for government and financial institutions.
