Operational Resilience Specialist

Service Context:

The mission will consist to support Business Continuity Management team, covering project activities and Business As Usual operations. The objective is to review, guide, and enhance resilience-related activities across the organization’s entities, with a specific focus on project End-to-End Business Resilience, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) related activities, and the simplification and alignment of Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks.

Scope of Services (but not limited to):

• Review deliverables produced by the organization’s entities to validate alignment with the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology and quality expectations.
• Provide guidance to entities on the implementation of the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
• Support DORA-related actions, including the check and challenge of Critical Important Functions and the update of definitions for Critical Important Functions.
• Review the quality of data populated in the Operational Resilience tool for the DORA Register of Information.
• Simplification and updates of Business Continuity frameworks: update and unify BCM guidelines with the End-to-End Business Resilience guideline; incorporate new BCM controls within the guidelines; uplift BCM testing and approach to other Group Operational Resilience practices.
• Review the quality of entities BCPs and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Ensure deliverables are produced in a timely, auditable manner and that outputs are suitable for senior stakeholder review.

Service Deliverables (but not limited to):

• Validated review packages for entities’ End-to-End Business Resilience deliverables
• Updated and unified BCM guidelines aligned with the Business Resilience guidelines, including incorporated BCM controls.
• An enhanced BCM testing approach aligned with Group Operational Resilience practices, with supporting documentation.
• CIF definitions updated and supporting evidence for DORA-related actions.
• Data quality assessment reports for the Operational Resilience tool and DORA Register of Information.
• Consolidated recommendations and implementation steps to improve BCP quality across entities.
