THE ROLE
Everpure is seeking a Sales Director to accelerate the growth of our Cloud and Data Services, which encompasses the Portworx and Everpure Cloud platforms, across our Western Region and APJ teams. Partnering closely with the AMS and APJ AVP of Sales, you’ll design and execute a multi-year strategy to expand market adoption, develop our go-to-market approach, and scale a high-performing software sales organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading the Portworx Western and APJ region of commercial and enterprise sales team, working cross-functionally across Everpure and the Cloud and Data Services team to drive consistent growth and operational excellence. You’ll help shape a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement - leading with data, customer impact, and clarity of goals. The ideal candidate will be living in the Western United States.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
