    This is a remote, full-time position, and is open to candidates across Canada.
    We’re seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and creative Digital Experience Specialist to join our UX & Brand Experience team. This is a keystone role focused on helping clients create goal-driven, user-centric websites that align with brand identity and drive measurable results.
    You’ll be instrumental in guiding website redesign projects—from research and analysis through to content structuring, page building, and testing. You’ll also contribute to broader UX, market research, and brand consultancy initiatives, playing a key role in delivering polished, high-impact client work.
    Key Responsibilities - Website Redesign & Optimization:
  1. Analyze website performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations
  2. Lead content audits and create Keep-Update-Delete reports
  3. Develop intuitive navigation structures and information architecture
  4. Design and build website content using platforms such as WordPress (Elementor), HubSpot, Webflow, and others.
  5. Provide UX and CRO-focused feedback on wireframes and visual designs
  6. Ensure alignment with client brand messaging and visual identity
  7. Co-lead the project delivery process alongside a Project Manager
  8. Contribute to user journey mapping and documentation
  9. Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of built pages to ensure content accuracy, design consistency, and functional integrity across devices and browsers
  10. Propose and implement A/B and multivariate tests to support continuous improvement
  11. Key Responsibilities - Brand and UX Consultancy:
  12. Conduct qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and persona development
  13. Conduct information architecture (IA) and UX audits, including heuristic evaluations and gap analysis
  14. Support brand messaging strategy and product positioning
  15. Collaborate on naming, copy tone, and style guidance deliverables
  16. Analyze digital properties such as YouTube channels for branding, UX, and conversion opportunities
  17. Essential Functions & Success Factors:
  18. Deliver high-quality, on-spec work within established deadlines
  19. Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and client stakeholders
  20. Collaborate across departments including design, development, content, and SEO
  21. Track project progress in internal project management tools
  22. Review and edit deliverables from colleagues as part of peer-review workflows
  23. Maintain alignment with client goals and internal quality standards
  24. Assist with formatting, information synthesis, and reporting as needed
  25. Additionally, this role may work toward:
  26. Exploring and developing new service offerings, with the support of managers and senior colleagues.
  27. Working to understand and gain insights into industry trends and standards around data analysis and reporting, lead generation, design best practice and content marketing in general.
  28. Collaborating with senior members of staff to develop strong in-house knowledge stores, policies and processes.
  29. Working closely with Brafton's development team, CMS, production teams and other departments, as is helpful, toward the timely and successful completion of these tasks.

  34. Required Skills & Experience:
  35. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  36. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX, web design, digital strategy, or content marketing
  37. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
  38. Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
  39. Working knowledge of UX, CRO, and content best practices
  40. Comfortable with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot
  41. Experience with visual page builders (e.g., Elementor, Webflow) is a strong plus
  42. Fluency in CSS is highly desirable
  43. Understanding of the modern digital marketing landscape
