    The Executive Director of Client Delivery plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring that client-facing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality and strategic alignment. 

    The role reports to the VP, Client Delivery and works closely with the Executive Director of Reinsurance Services to ensure companywide adherence to quality and efficiency. 

    Principle Duties

    • Serves as the escalation point of contact for all delivery related issues. Responsible for client issue prioritization, resolution and communication.

    • Assist in the development and oversee execution of the TAI Testing Program and the TAI Quality Assurance and Automation Program

    • Accountable for leading the team of Directors and/or Managers for all client delivery related processes, including but not limited to: Preparation and Execution of Discovery Sessions, Requirement Gathering, BRD/BSD contribution, Manual and Automated Testing Design and Execution, Automated Testing Development and Execution, Quality Assurance Process Development and Execution, and Project and Program Documentation

    • Lead cross-functional delivery teams, aligning them with organizational goals, and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.

    • Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of automation focused on process optimization and comprehensive test coverage.

    • Champion the establishment of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to standardize best practices and cultivate deep subject matter expertise across key focus areas thereby developing talent pipelines within each COE to ensure sustainable growth, skill evolution, and leadership readiness.

    • Design and implement a scalable resource model that maximizes the impact of subject matter experts on the Client Delivery team and enhances operational efficiency through intelligent automation.

    • Design, implement and monitor functional metrics in order to track process effectiveness and quality across project delivery

    • Oversee and serve as the escalation point for the external Help Desk for all TAI Clients

    Education

    • College or University Degree or equivalent experience - Required

    Work Experience

    • 10+ years enterprise software implementation and delivery with strong Agile experience - Required

    • 2+ years in a Business Analysis/Product Owner or Software Quality Assurance role - Required

    • Experience in life and/or health insurance or reinsurance industries - Preferred

    Required Skills and Abilities

    • Ability to analyze large data sets.

    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Experience working with automated testing tools like Selenium, Bruno, Postman, Burp Suite

    • Experience working with UiPath Studio and UiPath Test Manager

    • Advanced organizational and documentation skills

    • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities while ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines

    • Able to respond in a fast-paced and competitive workplace

    • Demonstrated ability to clear and respectful communication and accountability.

    Compensation Range:

    $126,710.00 - $188,840.00 Annual

    Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
