    As an Expert Product Designer on the Growth team, you'll own the Member’s Enrollment experience, the web-based flow that shapes a member's first interaction with Sword. This is an opportunity to work on a high-impact, high-traffic touchpoint that's constantly evolving through experimentation and data-driven design.
    What you'll be doing:
  1. Own and optimize the enrollment flow;
  2. Take full ownership of the web enrollment experience end-to-end;
  3. Run iterative design cycles focused on conversion, usability, and accessibility;
  4. Translate data insights and user feedback into meaningful design improvements;
  5. Work closely with your PM, Tech Lead, and and across all Sword GMs as part of a tight-knit team;
  6. Partner with engineering to ensure you collaborate on the best solutions, smooth handoff;
  7. Align with other Growth designers to maintain consistency across the acquisition funnel;
  8. Support and evolve organism-level components within the design system;
  9. Balance speed of delivery with scalable, reusable solutions;
  10. Embrace a test-and-learn mindset - this product is never "done";
  11. Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate your workflow where it makes sense;
  12. Stay curious about what's working, what's not, and why.
  13. What you need to have:
  14. 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on flows, funnels, or conversion-driven work;
  15. A portfolio that leads with impact, before/after improvements with metrics, followed by the detailed process narrative;
  16. Pro-level Figma skills and comfort prototyping at speed;
  17. Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG) and commitment to inclusive design;
  18. Ability to read and interpret data;
  19. Understanding of design systems;
  20. Thoughtful use of AI in your design process - knowing when it helps and when it doesn't;
  21. Design AI led product experiences - Sword delivers superior member outcomes by pairing Human + AI
  22. What we would love to see:
  23. Experience designing onboarding, enrollment, or signup flows specifically;
  24. Background in growth teams or conversion-focused environments;
  25. Frontend knowledge - understanding how your decisions affect development;
  26. Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, etc.);
  27. Side projects or products you've built yourself;
  28. Healthtech experience (preferable, not required).
