    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Remote Care Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer & Technical Support team in Europe. In this role, you will provide first-line technical and customer support related to remote monitoring systems and services. You will work in a call centre environment, responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, field personnel, and internal stakeholders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance.

    This is an office based role in: Solihull, Blythe Valley Park , Elder, Central Boulevard Solihull

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues, product-related questions, and remote monitoring support needs.

    • Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively within designated systems.

    • Identify, collect, and capture relevant information related to product complaints and adverse events.

    • Prepare and submit Field Contact Reports (FCRs) in accordance with departmental procedures and quality requirements.

    • Maintain compliance with company policies, operating procedures, work instructions, and patient data privacy regulations.

    • Demonstrate strong time management and attendance practices while meeting service-level expectations.

    • Collaborate effectively with customers, healthcare professionals, colleagues, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.

    • Deliver professional, positive, and solution-focused support in all interactions.

    Required Qualifications

    • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.

    • Strong customer service and communication skills.

    • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

    • Proficiency with computer systems and software tools.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a technical support, customer support, helpdesk, or contact centre environment.

    • Experience supporting healthcare technology, medical devices, or remote monitoring solutions.

    • Additional European language skills are highly desirable.

    • Experience using analytical tools and reporting software.
