The Senior Facilities Program Specialist (FPS) Supervisor provides technical guidance, oversight, and quality assurance to Facilities Program Specialists conducting monitoring and program analysis activities. The Senior FPS Supervisor supports efforts to ensure provider facilities operate in compliance with applicable safety, emergency preparedness, physical security, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The role provides senior level support and assists with the coordination, documentation, and review of facility inspections and assessments, supports the evaluation of inspection records and technical materials for alignment with building and safety standards, and documents corrective actions identified during oversight activities. Following the completion of monitoring activities, the Senior FPS oversees the submission of monitoring reports, and supports trend analyses activities to highlight risks, recurring compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement.

The likely salary range for this position is $81,349 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
