    You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

    How you will contribute

    Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

    • With local language expertise to manage stakeholders for South-East Asia BU
    • Build rapport with suppliers in given BUs to streamline experience for all strategic suppliers and help procurement to negotiate better.
    • Exceptional Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expertise
    • In-depth transaction level SAP knowledge & Readsoft Knowledge
    • Handling Accounts Payable exceptions & query management – SNOW tool experience is preferred
    • Handling day to day fire fighting's from internal and external stake holders
    • BPO Operations experience to work with service provider and to improve customer experience.
    • Monitoring Service provider KPI, SLA & manage Accounts Payable processes within Industry / Mondelez compliance frame.
    • Manage Payment Term law across AMEA Countries
    • AMEA Geography knowledge with local VAT & Tax laws
    • Drive continuous improvement with Service Provider for your respective BU and AMEA.
    • Stakeholder management with Internal Procurement, Finance, Mdlz plants and Suppliers to build a strong work relationship.
    • Knowledge cascading including training others and creating process documentation.
    • Open to take any additional responsibilities, all types of Project management support for the respective cluster, BU and region.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with judgment and decision-making capability and the ability to articulate ideas, actively listen, and read non-verbal communication.
    • Engaging, inspiring, and influencing people.
    • Analysing and synthesizing ideas to draw objective conclusions and to write concise reports.
    • Candidates with experience in transition management are preferred.

    Education / Certifications:Commerce/Accounting graduate with 10 Years of Accounts Payable relevant experience is must

    Job specific requirements:

    • Manage approx. 1.72 billion worth of payment with ~190,000 Invoices in a Year
    • Managing approx. 320 million worth of Exceptions with ~5000 Invoices in a year
    • Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expertise
    • Stakeholder management skills with finance, procurement, and supplier’s
    • Liaison between Mdlz stake holders and service provider
    • Managing Controls, Compliance and Customer Experience for the respective cluster

    Travel requirements:As and when required to visit service provider's locations and Mdlz plant locations.

    Work schedule:Timings – 7 AM IST to 4 PM IST
