    The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional will be a key member of the Enterprise Growth Finance team. In this role, you will utilize financial modeling and analytics to help inform business strategy. You will be responsible for providing high quality financial support to Enterprise Growth Finance leadership, through development and enhancement of forecasting models and analysis, in support of Humana’s strategic development in the marketplace. The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

    The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional will work as part of the Enterprise NPV & CAC team under Enterprise Growth Finance. This position will utilize financial modeling and analytics to help inform business strategy.

    The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional will focus primarily on:

    • Financial Modeling and Reporting – Take part in the build, maintenance, and regular refresh of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) modeling.
    • Ad Hoc Support – Provide financial and modeling support to Enterprise Growth partners, often pertaining to channel specific initiatives, partner negotiations, Marketing spend optimization, digital platform enhancement, etc.
    • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
    • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent
    • Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills
    • Experience with financial modeling
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior Humana MA and/or CenterWell experience, working in Finance/Accounting
    • Prior Experience with long-term value and/or acquisition cost modeling
    • Advanced degree or certification including CPA, MBA, Actuarial, etc.
    • Experience with SAS, SQL, or other relational database software.
    • Experience with tools such as PowerBI for creating data visualizations.

    Additional Information

    This position can work from home from anywhere in the US however candidate should be willing to work in Eastern Time Zone.

    Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


     

    $86,300 - $118,700 per year


     

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
