    • Monitor application performance and help maintain reliable clinical workflows
    • Liaise with application vendors to resolve issues and ensure quality service delivery
    • Work collaboratively with internal IT teams, radiologists and operational stakeholders
    • Assist with maintaining, testing and validating radiology applications
    • Support effective workflows and continuous improvement, with the creation of user guides and multimedia resources

    About You

We're looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Ideally, you'll bring:

    • Demonstrated Radiology Applications experience and knowledge
    • Previous experience working within a radiology environment, either in the private or public sector
    • A strong understanding of radiology workflows and the interaction between RIS, PACS and HL7
    • Experience supporting, maintaining, monitoring, testing and validating clinical or radiology applications
    • Experience working with Microsoft technologies and products
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in customer relationship management, project management and/or quality assurance
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven experience providing high-quality support to end users across different levels of an organisation
    • The ability to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, vendors and clinical teams

    Why Join IDX?

You'll work with a diverse group of clinical, operational and technology professionals, have exposure to business-critical applications and contribute to improvements in the technology and workflows that underpin the delivery of radiology services.
