    Greenlight is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst, to play a pivotal role in developing our Business Systems program. This critical position offers the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact across different business functions at Greenlight.
    This role reports to the Senior Manager, Security GRC & Trust
    As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will help administer and support the technology stack that supports Billing, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, Travel, Sales, Marketing, and more (NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, Snowflake, ZIP, etc.). You will collaborate with teams across the organization on implementation, automation, and operational initiatives that support the company's growth.
    Your day-to-day:
  1. Support and maintain the Business Systems function at Greenlight
  2. Apply growing systems knowledge (NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
  3. Configure and support solutions (i.e. automations, IPaaS, etc.) that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger, and T&E operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  4. Contribute to Month End and Quarter End processes, and help bring efficiencies to business processes through systems
  5. Help optimize business processes and workflows by supporting integrations and automations across Business Systems
  6. Administer and maintain business systems (NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, ZIP, etc.), supporting optimal performance and alignment with business goals
  7. Perform daily business systems administration duties, including user and role maintenance, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenance
  8. Execute and support IT General Controls (ITGC) initiatives, including (but not limited to), access review, procedural documentation, business system change management, etc.
  9. Document system configurations and system processes
  10. Collaborate with global IT team members to support business systems
  11. Partner with the Security team to help strengthen the security posture of business systems
  12. Contribute to system enhancements and share feedback to support ongoing improvement
  13. What you’ll bring to the team:
  14. 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst
  15. NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
  16. Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk
  17. Exposure to the SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
  18. Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets and OneWorld is a plus
  19. Some experience integrating NetSuite with other financial and business systems, or a strong interest in learning
  20. Experience supporting other financial systems that perform billing, reconciliation, travel management, revenue recognition, and CRM functions is a plus (e.g., FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio)
  21. Exposure to global or multi-entity system environments is a plus
  22. Understanding of ITGCs and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX compliant environments
  23. Familiarity with core accounting processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
  24. Exposure to agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and LucidChart
  25. Accounting or Finance background is a plus
  26. Exposure to no-code automation or IPaaS platforms (e.g., StackSync, UiPath) is a plus
  27. Have experience with using AI to enhance and optimize accounting, finance, and business systems process is a plus
  28. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and support solutions from design to implementation
