    As a Strategic Program Specialist – Commercial Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

    How you will make an impact

    • Translating and communicating supply-related insights (e.g., backlog, substitution, service impacts) into clear, actionable updates that enable commercial teams to protect revenue, prioritize opportunities, and effectively engage customers
    • Supporting and leading execution of cross-functional initiatives that improve service, enable revenue growth, and strengthen alignment between commercial and supply chain teams
    • Establishing and driving standardized communication frameworks for service-related updates, ensuring consistency and clarity across the commercial organization and enabling confident customer conversations that reinforce trust and retention
    • Coordinating cross-functional alignment and escalations across Supply Chain, Sales, and Portfolio teams, ensuring commercial risks and revenue opportunities are clearly represented and prioritized
    • Supporting Executive IBP and S&OE reporting, including consolidating commercial inputs, surfacing key risks and growth opportunities, and enabling structured escalation of revenue impacts into the broader supply chain organization
    • Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities that enhance visibility, streamline processes, and improve execution across commercial and supply chain interfaces

    Your Skills and Expertise 

    To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of supply chain, operations, program/project management, commercial operations, or related experience

    OR

    • Highschool/ GED or higher AND eleven (11) years of supply chain, operations, program/project management, commercial operations, or related experience

    AND
     

    In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

    • Four (4) years of experience supporting and/or leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations

    Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

    • Experience managing data, reporting, or process execution in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to internal stakeholders
    • Experience leading or supporting process improvement or automation initiatives that enhance visibility and decision-making
    • Strong analytical skills, including experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar (used to inform decisions and drive action)
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to work across teams, influence without authority, and build strong working relationships
    • Experience supporting business performance, customer experience, or revenue-related initiatives
    • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, cut through noise, and communicate clear, concise, and actionable messages for leadership audiences

    Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

    Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
