    About the Role
    As a Care Navigator, you’ll be doing the important, meaningful work of managing crises, providing in-the-moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues, ensuring client safety, and connecting clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities. This position does not involve providing in-person services or therapy but instead focuses on supporting clients in connecting to care, exclusively by phone and email.

    You must be able to work the following shift(s):
    Sunday - Thursday: 9:30am - 6:00pm PT (10:30am - 7:00pm MT / 11:30am - 8:00pm CT / 12:30pm - 9:00pm ET)
    Tuesday - Saturday: 9:30am - 6:00pm PT (10:30am - 7:00pm MT / 11:30am - 8:00pm CT / 12:30pm - 9:00pm ET)
    Weekends include a 10% shift pay differential!
    This role can be carried out fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
    Responsibilities
  1. Using evidence-based interventions, skillfully manage client crises, providing brief risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation with the goal of connecting the client to treatment
  2. Identify roadblocks to clinical care options for our clients using Lyra’s proprietary software and other methods to connect clients to the ideal treatment, based on specific needs and preferences
  3. Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients
  4. Qualifications
  5. Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is required (e.g. LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc) or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (RN). We’re unable to provide supervised hours toward licensure. Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services, independently, will not be considered (with the exception of the RN license)
  6. Must have 2+ years psychiatric intake, assessment RB, other related experience
  7. EAP/clinical call center experience preferred
  8. Must be Bilingual, Spanish-speaking
  9. Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting)
  10. Must be a full time resident of the United States; work cannot be completed from outside the United States.
