Alignment Health is breaking the mold in conventional health care, committed to serving seniors and those who need it most: the chronically ill and frail. It takes an entire team of passionate and caring people, united in our mission to put the senior first. We have built a team of talented and experienced people who are passionate about transforming the lives of the seniors we serve. In this fast-growing company, you will find ample room for growth and innovation alongside the Alignment Health community. Working at Alignment Health provides an opportunity to do work that really matters, not only changing lives but saving them. Together.

At Alignment Health, we don’t wait for health issues to escalate — we get ahead of them.

Our Jump Start Assessment (JSA) program is designed to proactively connect with members early, ensuring they’re supported, prepared, and set up for the right care from the start.

As a Medical Assistant on the JSA team, you’ll play a key role in that experience — supporting clinicians behind the scenes and helping members navigate their appointments with confidence. You’ll be the bridge between technology and patient care, ensuring visits run smoothly, charts are prepared, and members feel supported every step of the way.

For most of the year, this role is fully remote and focused on telehealth support. During the end-of-year HEDIS season, you’ll shift into the field to support in-home visits, helping extend care directly into the community.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys structured, task-based work, high member interaction, and supporting clinical workflows behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoys creating a positive, service-oriented experience for patients.
