Project Manager IV – Infrastructure / Data Center & Edge Network Services

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to support complex, high-priority initiatives across the Data Center and Edge Network Services organization within a hyperscale infrastructure environment. This role will provide flexible program and project management support across a range of initiatives, with the ability to quickly engage in new or evolving priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced PM who can operate effectively with limited direction, navigate ambiguity, establish structure and processes where needed, and work across technical and business teams to drive successful outcomes. This individual may support projects from initial planning through execution and stabilization, as well as provide interim coverage for existing programs during periods of increased demand or resource gaps.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives within the Data Center and Edge Network Services organization.
    • Quickly assess new or emerging priorities and establish the appropriate project structure, plans, processes, and mechanisms to drive execution.
    • Partner with technical, engineering, operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives, proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities to keep programs on track.
    • Provide flexible PM coverage across multiple initiatives and teams based on evolving business needs and organizational priorities.
    • Step into existing programs or projects as an interim PM and rapidly establish an understanding of scope, status, risks, and next steps to maintain continuity.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and other program management mechanisms as appropriate.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, decisions, and escalations.
    • Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives and establish repeatable processes that improve execution and operational efficiency.
    • Coordinate across geographically distributed and highly cross-functional teams to drive accountability and ensure timely delivery.
    • Identify opportunities to improve project and program management practices, tools, and processes across the organization.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, engineering, operations, or a related field.
    • Significant experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a technology, infrastructure, data center, networking, or similarly complex operational environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
    • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience managing competing priorities and driving execution across multiple teams and functions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting hyperscale infrastructure, data center, network, cloud, or edge environments.
    • Experience working across technical engineering and operational organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly assume ownership of existing programs and establish structure where processes or documentation are limited.
    • Experience managing high-visibility or business-critical initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical or operational information into clear plans, decisions, and actions.
