    The position requires several years of experience in oncology pharmaceutical sales, preferably in breast, lung and colon cancer, as well as a deep understanding in cancer genomics.

    Reporting to the Country Manager Germany, the Senior Key Account Manager is an experienced professional responsible for driving and overseeing the strategic expansion of Guardant Health’s business in Germany. This senior role demands an in-depth expertise in precision medicine in oncology, with a particular focus on the integration of biomarkers and advanced diagnostic tests in clinical practice. The individual will execute the national strategy for Germany, collaborating closely with the German team to foster growth. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with key customers and accounts (including all relevant medical disciplines and all persons involved) , supporting with clinical pathway transformation where required.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead business expansion and strategic collaborations with:
    • National and regional German Hospital trusts and cancer networks (e.g. Netzwerk Onkologische Spitzenzentren, German network for personalized medicine/DNPM, Network Genomic Medicine/nNGM)
    • Oncologists, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and treating physicians in hospital/community setting, oncology nurses and local health economy stakeholders
    • Cultivate productive relationships with leaders and decision-makers to advocate for and enhance understanding of the benefits of tumour profiling with liquid biopsy assays.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive account and business plans for the territory, aligning with broader company objectives.
    • Coordinate with national and international colleagues to achieve country-specific goals and objectives.
    • Continuously analyse the competitive landscape, providing strategic feedback to Guardant Health leadership.
    • Track and report performance against objectives, adapting plans to ensure sales targets are met.
    • Embody and represent Guardant Health’s company culture to both external and internal stakeholders.
