    The Enterprise Analytics Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, creation, and maintenance of analytics tools and offerings such as reports, metrics, and dashboards that are critical in driving the business towards data driven decision making. The Enterprise Analytics Manager partners with stakeholders of other business units to understand data requirements and to collaborate on comprehensive solutions that support the organization. Additionally, this job oversees, supports, and drives initiatives such as training, data governance, internal process reviews, etc.

    Job Description

    Essential Job Statements 

    • Collaborates with other leaders to define strategic and tactical roadmap of analytics in accordance with the Enterprise Roadmap/Strategy. 

    • Plans, directs and coordinates activities pertaining to analytical solution delivery and support. 

    • Provides day to day technical leadership for developing, implementing and maintaining analytical solutions through Business Intelligence Tools. 

    • Provides guidance and education to leadership on analytical tools, technology, and techniques. 

    • Oversees data related initiatives involving cross functional teams. 

    • Maintains an environment of partnership by collaborating analytics managers, project management, applications, and support teams to foster a team-based approach to high quality data solutions and deliverables. 

    • Develops a solid foundation for establishing and maintaining high data quality standards and best practices. 

    • Continuously looks for ways to use data driven insights to streamline and improve business operations/performance, and to identify and initiate process improvement opportunities Contribute new ideas to the team to challenge the “status quo”. 

    • Manages a team of data analysts ensuring that all projects and requests are completed in a timely manner with respect to both queue and resource management. 

    • Conducts research and make recommendations on products, tools, services, protocols and standards in support of Business Intelligence Development and data strategy.

    Employment Qualifications 


    Required Education: 

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Math, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline 

    Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

    Preferred Education: 

    Master’s degree in Business, IT, Math, Data Analytics, Engineering or related discipline 

    Licensure/Certification Required: 

    Licensure/Certification Preferred: 

    Minimum Qualifications 

    Years and Type of Required Experience 

    10+ years business intelligence, analytical, reporting, or data experience. 

    9+ years of experience with Data Lake, EDW, or operational databases required. 

    2+ years of management experience. 

    Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

    Expert level knowledge of business intelligence tools. and methodologies (Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc.). 

    Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 

    Understanding data warehousing concepts and practices for managing large datasets. 

    Awareness of programming languages like Python or R and their respective application. 

    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally (Required proficiency). 

    Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personas and make complex ideas understood. 

    Organizationally savvy, with a good understanding of the enterprise's political climate and how to navigate, influence and persuade political waters. 

    Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. 

    Ability to comprehend quickly the functions and capabilities of new technologies. 

    Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: 

    Expert knowledge of data governance practices and data life cycle management preferred.  

    Experience working with Healthcare data 

    Experience utilizing Agile methodology 

    Epic Cogito Experience 

    Displays intellectual curiosity and integrity.
