LATAM Intercompany Analyst (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Intercompany Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Drive successful intercompany purchasing master data creation

• Execute intercompany processes and transactions

• Assist in resolving intercompany discrepancies

• Proactively monitor intercompany orders

• Respond to intercompany order inquiries

• Participate in intercompany projects and testing

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance

• 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, or intercompany operations

• Advanced English level

OR

• High School diploma

• 6+ years experience in a Supply Chain role

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments and regions.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong understanding of International logistics, Trade Operations, and customs regulations.

• Bilingual in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish

• Experience working with complex global organizations or cross functional environments.

• Experience working with Latin America countries including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.

Travel: No travel required

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
