    Job Description

    Scope of Role

    • Strategy: Define and execute a quality strategy across the international systems integration lifecycle, ensuring projects meet established quality expectations and objectives.

    • Operations: Support the existing Critical Communications quality program by managing frontline quality deliverables and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS).

    • Collaboration: Partner with Systems Integration project stakeholders, international deployment teams, and business leadership to ensure quality metrics are aligned with and support business needs.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Process Quality:  Enforcement of field deployment processes and verification of process capability. 

    • Lifecycle Performance: Ensure downstream impact from system deployments are analyzed and translated into applicable product and process improvements.

    • Compliance & Governance: Manage internal audit programs to ensure the International Systems Integration business adheres to Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Issue Resolution: Lead root cause analysis and execute corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues that impact project deployments.

    • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of operational excellence using data analysis and quality tools to eliminate waste and improve system deployment capabilities.


    Basic Requirements

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in quality management or systems integration.

    • Technical Expertise: Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents.

    • Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ), or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor preferred.

    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data management methods and statistical analysis tools to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to define strategic roadmaps, drive organizational change, and present complex technical strategies to leadership.

    • Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards; prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a significant plus.
