Specifically, the New Construction sales team works with New Construction Builders throughout the US, helping to connect home shoppers with Home Builders through our Promoted Communities and Boost products. We operate in a strong team-oriented environment, working together to not only achieve results, but provide the best client experience in the industry. Our customer base consists of large (often publicly traded) national builders, mid-sized regional builders, and smaller regional builders.

    About the role

    The New Construction team is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated, driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Senior Client Sales Managers guide our most strategic accounts within Zillow’s New Construction Enterprise organization through our Promoted Communities and Boost platforms, as well as our recent launch of Builder Showcase. This position is a key revenue driver for Zillow New Construction, tasked with completing an aggressive sales strategy with a compensation plan that rewards performance.
     

    You Will Get To:

    • Grow and retain a book of business consisting of the top spending and highly engaged clients, ensuring strong relationships through exceptional product & industry knowledge.

    • Take ownership of sales targets and work diligently to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas, driving revenue growth and achieving individual and team success.

    • Develop and grow builder relationships through regular communication, in-market visits, and industry events.

    • Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and analysis efforts to provide accurate and comprehensive insights.

    • Help facilitate in-depth marketing solutions - including digital advertising, lead generation, and performance tracking to effectively promote new construction communities & properties.

    • Deliver high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) by providing valuable inputs and insights on performance.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide relevant and up-to-date information to divisional teams.

    This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

    In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $99,700.00 - $159,300.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

    In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

    Who you are

    • Minimum/combined 6+ years in a B2B Sales Role and/or Account Management required, Enterprise/Strategic Account experience preferred

    • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with a partner to drive account growth

    • Process-driven and highly organized approach to sales management and execution.

    • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

    • Ability to proactively lead strategy across a complex book of business using a consultative approach, while navigating intricate sales processes with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence C-level executives and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

    • Proficiency in utilizing AI and tools such as Tableau, Domo, Highspot, SalesLoft, Gong, 6 yearsSalesforce CRM for organization and data management

    • The position requires 30% travel to meet with industry decision makers in corporate marketing at both divisional and national levels.

    • Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger or MEDDPICC preferred

    • Experience working with Builders and the NewConstruction industry preferred
