    Seeking a Landman with extensive experience reviewing oil and gas leases and interpreting lease provisions. This role is responsible for analyzing lease language, identifying key contractual obligations, summarizing lease provisions, and supporting land administration and development activities.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong contract interpretation skills, a thorough understanding of oil and gas lease terms, and experience identifying clauses that impact operations, development, pooling, royalty obligations, and lease maintenance.

    Responsibilities
  1. Review and analyze oil and gas leases
  2. Interpret lease provisions and contractual obligations
  3. Identify clauses affecting development and operations
  4. Summarize lease terms and prepare lease analysis reports
  5. Evaluate pooling, unitization, depth severance, and continuous development provisions
  6. Review royalty, shut-in, and lease maintenance clauses
  7. Support land administration and operational teams
  8. Maintain accurate lease records and documentation
  9. Communicate findings to project teams and clients
  10. Ensure accuracy and consistency of lease analysis deliverables
  11. Required Qualifications
  12. Oil and gas lease analysis experience
  13. Strong understanding of lease provisions and terminology
  14. Experience interpreting complex contractual language
  15. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  16. Strong written communication abilities
  17. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  18. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  19. Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States

  24. Experience supporting development and acquisition projects
  25. CPL, RPL, or equivalent industry designation
