    Job Description

The Senior SIU Manager serves as the enterprise integrator of SIU Delivery, accountable for aligning strategy to execution and ensuring consistent, predictable performance across the organization through expertise, influence, and horizontal coordination.
This role functions as the execution bridge between SIU Design and field Delivery, ensuring initiatives are operationalized effectively, adopted consistently, and scaled across all lines of business. The role succeeds by influencing senior leaders and peers, creating alignment across existing teams, and providing closed-loop feedback to strengthen enterprise execution.

Are you ready to lead enterprise-wide transformation and bring the One SIU Vision to life across Allstate and National General?
As a Senior Manager – SIU Delivery Integration, you’ll play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution—driving alignment, consistency, and measurable outcomes across lines of business. This highly visible individual contributor role offers the opportunity to influence senior leaders, break down silos, and standardize delivery practices to create a more unified, high-performing SIU organization. If you thrive in complexity, lead through influence, and turn strategy into real-world impact, this role puts you at the center of enterprise change.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Enterprise Delivery Alignment: Standardize investigative practices and operating expectations across LOBs and companies through influence, shared frameworks, and enterprise coordination
    • Execution Consistency & Performance: Deliver stable, predictable outcomes through aligned execution, operating rigor, and clear enterprise expectations
    • Design-to-Delivery Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between SIU Design and Delivery teams to translate strategic initiatives into executable processes, enable adoption, and provide closed-loop feedback that informs continuous improvement
    • Transformation Leadership: Lead delivery integration efforts aligned to the One SIU Vision, accelerating enterprise change adoption through strategic guidance, coordination, and execution support
    • Senior Leader Alignment: Drive shared prioritization, expectations, and accountability across Delivery senior leaders without formal people leadership responsibility

Organizational Design: This role operates horizontally across existing Sr Managers and Delivery leaders, maintaining the current structure while introducing clear enterprise accountability for delivery alignment and execution consistency. It is intentionally structured as a senior expert individual contributor role that leads through influence, integration, and strategic execution rather than direct line management.

It complements SIU Ops, which retains responsibility for governance, insights, and enablement, while this role ensures execution, adoption, and scaling of those capabilities in the field through enterprise coordination and operational follow-through.

    This role:

    • Shifts responsibility for cross-LOB alignment, execution consistency, and delivery-related escalations away from the Director through dedicated expert ownership
    • Reduces operational fragmentation by establishing a single point of accountability for delivery integration and execution alignment
    • Strengthens alignment between SIU Design, SIU Ops, and field Delivery

    Expected Outcomes

    • Standardized, enterprise SIU Delivery model
    • Improved performance consistency and predictability across LOBs
    • Accelerated adoption of One SIU operating model
    • Effective translation of strategy into field execution

Reduced dependency on Director intervention for operational alignment and escalation through consistent enterprise integration and expert-led execution support

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • This job has supervisory duties.
