    Coordinate the management of a strategic portfolio which includes multiple related programs and projects directed toward an enterprise pillar. Partners with business leaders at all levels to envision, define and initiate programs. Provides direction and guidance to program and project managers to monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program.

    Provides a single point of responsibility and authority for multi-program execution in support of a strategic portfolio within an assigned enterprise pillar

    Captures the portfolio impact and value creation against strategic objectives

    Leads the creation and delivery of the business and supporting capabilities necessary to reach the goals of multiple programs and projects

    Coordinates the planning and operational implementation of programs across multiple programs or projects within the strategic portfolio/enterprise pillar

    Manages risks and resolves issues requiring senior-level attention, leveraging the appropriate governance structure of the EPMO

    Communications information and recommends criteria for governance actions and decisions with the EPMO

    Develops and improves portfolio and program processes, applies business and organizational knowledge, and leadership skills

    Acts as an advisor and provides leadership for the program management team

    Manages a complex multi-program work environment

    Determines and implements a cultural change management plan

    Implements supporting communications strategy to ensure the occurrence of cross-program communications, coordination, and support

    Composes and delivers periodic presentations for executive management, the Program Operating Committee, and the Executive Steering Committee

    Facilitates the development of a cost-benefit analysis and return on investment for each project

    Develops budget, financial projections, and forecasted ROI for the program

    Aids in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts

    Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

    Job Specifications

    Typically has the following skills or abilities:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

    Minimum 8 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and complex projects

    Minimum 8 years of experience with various project management methodologies, standard concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and/or software packages within a structure PMO environment

    Relies on extensive enterprise level experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

    Proven ability to navigate complex situations through organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise

    Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate program and project teams

    Adept at financial management to administer budgets across multiple projects and ensure the program meets its requirements for return on investment, timing and budget

    Ability to drive results through informal authority, serve as a consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers in every thought and interaction

    Proven ability to successfully manage risks/issues across multiple programs

    Ability to elicit cooperation from Executive & Senior Management and other departments

    Demonstrates ability to be a decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills

    Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills

    Strategic skills to support envisioning work, program planning and forecasting

    Willing to travel as required (estimate 10%)

    Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.     Salary Ranges: $105,000.00 - $165,375.00
