    Role Overview

As the Program Manager for the School of Leadership (SOL), will develop, implement, and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our teammates across the Village. The teammate will work collaboratively with executive faculty, coaches, external vendors, business leaders, and learning professionals to build, develop, and maintain these high-impact learning and development initiatives. This role involves managing multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and evaluating the effectiveness of offerings.

This position will be supporting integration of AI into our offerings to automate processes and systemize programs for scale. Our ideal hire will have a strong background in program management, adult learning, and executive communication, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile, and matrixed environment. Prior experience in building coaching, mentoring, and leadership development initiatives is highly desired.

    • Strategy & Execution: Translate long-term leadership development strategy into actionable, scalable execution plans. Identify systemic roadblocks and implement sustainable solutions.

    • Adult Learning & Learning Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning principles. Design, develop, and maintain high-impact coaching, mentoring, and team development programs.

    • Executive Communications & Stakeholder Management: Concisely communicate program strategy, risks, and achievements to senior leadership. Negotiate and collaborate with leaders across the Village (e.g., Wisdom, Analytics, Field Ops) to maximize impact.

    • AI Tool Experimentation: Proactively identify, test, and implement emerging AI tools (e.g., BetterUp "Grow", Glean) to automate intake, modernize traditional L&D processes, and systemize personalized development.

    • Prompt Writing & Agent Building: Develop advanced prompts and build internal AI agents (e.g., Leadership Agents) to enhance the teammate learning experience and drive operational excellence.

    Qualifications

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of experience in complex program/project management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.

    • L&D Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing leadership development functions, specifically coaching, mentoring, or internal consulting ecosystems.

    • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to cut through ambiguity, balance broad strategic perspectives with crucial execution details, and make data-driven recommendations.

    • AI & Technical Aptitude: Proven expertise or strong willingness to experiment with AI integration, prompt engineering, and agent building. High comfort level with tools like ClickUp, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Leadership Skills: Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and the resilience to pursue long-term goals despite changing priorities.
