In this fully remote role, you’ll own the organization and delivery of cross-functional work to integrate AI tools and capabilities within the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Your focus will be on execution, coordination, and governance—translating business and technology needs into clear requirements, a prioritized backlog, and actionable delivery plans. You’ll partner with engineering, data, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to implement AI tooling, ensuring work is well-scoped, dependencies are managed, and outcomes are measurable.

Experience leading product discovery, backlog refinement, and delivery using AI‑enabled SDLC tools to reduce manual effort and improve clarity across requirements and delivery workflows
Experience applying Scrum principles while evolving team practices to incorporate AI‑assisted planning, estimation, and continuous improvement
Ability to translate business outcomes into well‑structured backlog items using AI‑assisted requirement analysis, summarization, and dependency discovery
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily Scrum, review, retrospective) in environments where AI‑enabled automation and insights are part of the delivery process
Familiarity with AI‑assisted delivery concepts such as automated requirements analysis, AI‑supported test generation, and predictive delivery signals
Experience collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and AI enablement teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing SDLC tools and workflows
Ability to use data, metrics, and AI‑generated insights to inform prioritization, identify delivery risks, and guide continuous improvement
Awareness of responsible AI considerations, including governance, transparency, and appropriate human‑in‑the‑loop decision making
Strong facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills to support alignment across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment while fostering trust in AI‑enabled processes
