    Redox is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day execution of our revenue systems and reporting. You'll be the proactive executor who improves processes within their scope and who our GTM teams rely on to keep Salesforce running cleanly, dashboards up to date, and data accurate. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operate — from the reports leadership reviews each week to the tools reps use every day. You'll report to the RevOps Manager and play a key role in scaling our operational foundation as the company grows.

    Job Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership reporting

  2. Pull and prep data for weekly and monthly operating cadences; ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time

  3. Own pipeline hygiene by proactively identifying issues, driving accountability with reps, and improving underlying processes to prevent recurring problems — flag stale opportunities, missing fields, and data quality issues; follow up with reps and managers to resolve

  4. Track funnel metrics (lead-to-opportunity, stage conversion, win rates) and rep attainment; surface trends and anomalies

  5. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively surface insights to GTM and Finance stakeholders

  6. Contribute to ongoing improvements in Salesforce configuration to support evolving business needs — manage user setup, permissioning, profiles, roles, page layouts, fields, validation rules, and automation (flows)

  7. Support the quote-to-cash process in Salesforce CPQ — assist with quote creation, product catalog updates, pricing rules, and troubleshooting approval workflows

  8. Maintain lead routing, assignment rules, and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes

  9. Support data enrichment and deduplication efforts to maintain data integrity across systems

  10. Manage integrations and day-to-day operations of GTM tools, including HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  11. Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and first-line troubleshooting across revenue systems

  12. Maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials; support ongoing team enablement

  13. Assist with renewal tracking and ensure renewal pipeline data in Salesforce is current and accurate

  14. Help ensure Salesforce data aligns with what finance needs for bookings, billing, and commission calculations

  15. Partner with RevOps and GTM stakeholders to support improvements to systems and processes

  16. Required Skills & Experience
  17. 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration in a B2B SaaS environment

  18. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience

  19. Strong Salesforce reporting skills — comfortable building complex reports, dashboards, and filtered views without hand-holding

  20. Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ

  21. Experience supporting a sales team's operating rhythm (pipeline reviews, forecasting, data hygiene)

  22. Solid analytical skills — you can pull data, spot issues, and clearly communicate what you're seeing

  23. Detail-oriented with a bias toward accuracy and follow-through

  24. Comfortable managing competing requests and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment

  25. Clear communicator who can work effectively with sales reps, managers, and cross-functional partners

  26. Preferred Skills & Experience
  27. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, ideally in healthcare technology

  28. Familiarity with integration and automation tools like Zapier

  29. Experience with data cleanup and deduplication tools (e.g., Ringlead)

  30. Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel for ad hoc analysis alongside Salesforce reporting

  31. Experience supporting commission or comp plan data validation
