    Position Overview

    Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Product Marketing Lead, Intelligence Center X to define and drive the portfolio-level narrative, messaging architecture, and integrated go-to-market story for Intelligence Center X, Siemens' agentic enterprise system.

    This highly strategic role will work across a portfolio that includes technologies such as Mendix, Graph Studio, AI Studio, domain ontologies, and other Intelligence Center X components. The successful candidate will develop a compelling "better together" story that clearly articulates how these technologies combine to help customers unlock business value through AI, data, automation, application development, and intelligent workflows.

    The ideal candidate combines deep product marketing expertise with strong organizational leadership and influence. They can translate complex technical capabilities into differentiated customer value while aligning stakeholders across a matrixed organization around a unified commercial narrative.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop the Portfolio Narrative

    • Define and communicate how the Intelligence Center X portfolio enables meaningful customer and business outcomes.
    • Develop a clear and compelling "better together" story that explains the role, value, and interaction of products across the portfolio.
    • Articulate how Intelligence Center X fits within the broader Siemens Software ecosystem, including industrial data, domain expertise, business processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Establish clear, approved messaging and positioning for Intelligence Center X and its core components.
    • Define how each product contributes to the overall portfolio while ensuring messaging remains accurate, credible, and aligned with current capabilities.

    Build Messaging Architecture and Market Positioning

    • Create and maintain a scalable messaging framework that enables product teams to preserve differentiated product narratives while aligning to a common portfolio strategy.
    • Develop positioning, value propositions, and narrative structures that resonate with executive, technical, developer, IT, engineering, operations, AI, data, and business audiences.
    • Translate sophisticated AI, application development, graph technology, ontology, machine learning, and data capabilities into clear customer benefits and market differentiation.
    • Ensure consistency of messaging across products, campaigns, customer-facing content, analyst interactions, and executive communications.

    Drive Cross-Functional Go-to-Market Alignment

    • Partner with Product Marketing Managers across the Intelligence Center X portfolio to create integrated go-to-market stories and launch strategies.
    • Collaborate with Brand, Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Management, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams to activate messaging through campaigns, web experiences, content journeys, events, and pipeline programs.
    • Establish messaging standards, governance processes, and alignment mechanisms that ensure consistency across the organization.
    • Influence decision-making and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment without direct authority.

    Support Strategic Growth Initiatives

    • Provide strategic guidance on portfolio positioning, market opportunities, and customer-facing narratives.
    • Facilitate executive-level discussions to align stakeholders around commercial priorities and strategic messaging decisions.
    • Continuously refine the portfolio narrative based on market trends, customer feedback, competitive insights, and product evolution.

    Qualifications

    Required Experience

    • 12+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, or a related strategic marketing function.
    • Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple products within a technology portfolio.
    • Experience marketing enterprise software, AI, data platforms, application development technologies, cloud solutions, or related technical products.
    • Proven track record of developing portfolio-level positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

    Knowledge & Expertise

    • Strong understanding of:

    Salary Transparency Statement

    The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - $223,100 USD annually.

    The salary offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

    In addition to base compensation, Siemens offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include annual incentive opportunities, healthcare and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and other programs designed to support employees and their families.
