In this role, you will lead complex, end-to-end finance transformation engagements, balancing hands-on delivery with team leadership, client relationship management, and business development. You will help portfolio companies strengthen finance capabilities across people, process, data, and technology in support of growth and operational excellence.

  5. Engage directly with CFOs, Controllers, Operating Partners, Portfolio Support Teams, and Deal Teams
  6. Translate sponsor expectations into executable initiatives with clear accountability and measurable impact
  7. Navigate competing priorities and high-pressure environments with confidence and clarity
  8. Operate comfortably in incomplete or evolving situations
  9. Quickly assess current state, identify root causes, and mobilize teams toward solutions while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
    • Leverage data, automation, modern finance systems, and firm-approved AI solutions to improve insights and efficiency
    • Transition solutions to portfolio company ownership and enable long-term self-sufficiency
    • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the growth of the Business Transformation practice
    • Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while supporting talent acquisition
    What You'll Bring:
  10. 10+ years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience
  11. Experience delivering transformation initiatives within the Office of the CFO
  12. Exposure to Private Equity sponsors and/or PE-backed portfolio companies
  13. Knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, close)
  14. Experience in high-growth, transaction-oriented, or fast-paced environments
  15. Strong analytical and Excel modeling capabilities
  16. Experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics, Adaptive, Coupa, OneStream, Blackline, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, etc.)
