How you will make an impact

• Confidently choose methods within a broadly defined process and tools to produce desired results 
• Supervise work groups with clearly defined roles within one functional discipline. 
• Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries from internal and external customers 
• Resolves issues and conflicts related to direct reports ensuring all Company policies and procedures are followed 
• Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external business customers. 

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of Customer Service in a private, public, government environment  

OR

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Associate’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) OR 
• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

AND 

• Three (3) years of Healthcare Customer Service experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor of Science – Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of Customer Service in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships and communications with stakeholders.
  • Leading initiatives to cultivate growth

Work location:

·         Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the office)

 Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
